SHIPPING & RETURNS WARRANTY INFORMATION
Western Bee Supplies, Inc., warrants its equipment to be free of defects in material and workmanship. If within 30 days of purchase you feel an item to be defective, please return the merchandise along with your sales slip at once, and we will refund the purchase price along with all transportation charges. This warranty does not cover any damage to equipment arising from alteration, abuse, or use of product for other than its intended purpose. We reject all implied and expressed warranties.

UPS (primary shipping method), Parcel Post (if requested), or Truck Freight. Special priority shipping options available at higher costs. Shipping and Handling Charges are figured for UPS on the web site. Each item weight is added up for the total weight, all fractions of a pound are considered a full pound. We use the UPS charts to determine shipping charges.
Please be sure to provide the correct address with your order. UPS charges for incorrect addresses will be forwarded to your bill. UPS charges an additional amount for delivery to rural areas and those charges may also be forwarded to your bill. Note: These shipping charges may not be sufficient for lightweight bulky merchandise or weights over 40 pounds which may be shipped in multiple packages.We reserve the right to bill you for additional shipping charges.
Dimensional weight may be used rather than actual weight. Dimensional weight is a formula used by package delivery companies to determine a billing weight based on density for air shipments or large bulky items. Some items may show the billing weight rather than the actual weight. Parcel Post must be requested in the comment sections otherwise all shipments are by United Parcel Service, unless item is to large in which case we will ship by Truck Freight.
We are not responsible for typographical or photographic errors that may appear in any Western Bee material. We reserve the right to make adjustments or corrections due to changing market conditions, product discontinuations or typographical or photographic errors in products.
Items back-ordered always receive first priority handling. Freight charges for a back-ordered item is your responsibility.
You pay all freight charges.
All merchandise is shipped F.O.B. Shipping Point. This legal term simply means that all merchandise becomes your property as soon as we give it to the freight carrier. The freight carrier is responsible for the complete and safe delivery of your merchandise. It is your responsibility to thoroughly inspect the merchandise when it is delivered. If the freight carrier fails to deliver your merchandise in good condition, it is your responsibility to file a damage or loss claim with the freight carrier. If you need help when filing a claim, please call us.
Check all orders immediately upon receipt and contact us within 10 days on any discrepancies or we cannot be responsible for errors.
A 50% deposit may be required for all special orders. Some special orders may be subject to a cancellation charge. Balance due on pickup of order.
To allow us to best serve you, a call before you come helps us give you the fastest, most complete service.
Over payments will be refunded.
In addition to recognized national holidays, we are closed on the day after Thanksgiving.
We are pleased to quote orders for export and quotes can include special packaging, shipping and documentation at customer's request. Export shipments subject to payment in U.S. funds. Honey Bees and Queens not shipped overseas.
We are not required to collect sales tax for your state. Montana currently does not have a sales tax.
Due to rapid changes in our economy today, all orders will be invoiced on the basis of prices which are in effect at the time of shipment. Please feel free to confirm prices at any time.

Item must be in original carton and in good condition and returned within 30 days of receipt. Original receipt required.
In most cases a 10% re-stocking fee will be charged. To insure purity, we cannot exchange or offer refunds on beeswax foundation. All returned foundation will be accepted at current crude wax prices only. We cannot accept returns on medications or chemicals.
If we goofed, we will give full refund and pay the freight both ways.
Because conditions of use are beyond our control, we make no warranty or representation, express or implied, except that all products conform to the description provided by the manufacturer on sales literature or product labels. Our liability is limited to the purchase price paid.
Many states and localities have codes and regulations governing sales, construction, installation, and or use of products for certain purposes. While we attempt to assure that our products comply with such codes, we cannot guarantee compliance in every situation. We cannot be responsible for how the product is installed or used. Before you purchase and use a product, please review both the product application and local codes and regulations. Be sure that the product, its installation, and its use will comply with them.
Thank you for your inquiry about our products. We accept the following forms of payment for foreign orders. We accept MasterCard®, Visa®, and Discover® credit cards. We also take checks drawn on a U.S. bank in U.S. dollars. For large container orders we accept a bank wire transfer to our bank account or letter of credit. All bank wire transfer costs and exchange rates are the responsibility of the customer.
We are happy to quote overseas postage for smaller orders. We ship by Parcel Post Airmail, Global Express Mail, UPS Overseas, or Federal Express Overseas. For larger container orders, we will quote ocean freight or air freight as requested from our home office in Hamilton, IL. It is important to list our item numbers, descriptions and quantities when ordering. Please have all items listed on your original order. If an order is changed, the freight quote will have to be recalculated delaying the shipment. We insure all overseas shipments if it is available to the destination country. All shipments overseas are the responsibility of the customer and shipped at the customers risk.
